Organizing Projects and Work Across Different Apps

I recently explained how I’ve organized my work and personal tasks in GoodTask. One of the key components of that system is the relationship between the use of lists and tags. It’s a system that’s been working really well for me, so I thought I’d share how I’ve begun rolling it out to other apps I use.

It’s a simple system, which has a couple of advantages. First, it’s easy to remember. Having a unified, limited system of lists and tags mean they are easy to remember and use consistently in multiple apps. Second, the simplicity of the system provides flexibility that allows me to use it with a wide variety of apps that approach the way they organize information differently.
