About a year ago, I undertook a mission to make my iPhone use less stressful and less frequent. Along with turning off a large number of notifications, I also moved all my apps, except four rows of the key, frequently needed ones, to folders on the second screen. Doing this helped stop me from falling into an app-hole and also made my Home screen more calming.
