Apps with Excellent iPad mini Reading Experiences
The iPad mini is an excellent device for reading. The trouble is that, aside from eBook readers, not enough apps are optimized for the mini’s small screen. So, for today’s collection, I thought I’d highlight some of the best reading experiences I’ve found on the iPad mini and share an alternative eBook reader that I like.
ReadKit
I’ve been keeping an eye on ReadKit for a while. Historically, the RSS reader was split between two different apps for the Mac and iPhone and iPad. That changed recently with the introduction of a universal version of the app that works on all platforms. That’s good news because before they were unified, the feature sets of the separate apps had fallen out of sync with each other.
