APP DEBUTS

Noteworthy new app releases and updates, handpicked by the MacStories team.

Craft

Daily notes are a popular feature of many modern note-taking apps, including Craft, because they’re so flexible. You can log what you do daily, keep a journal, track tasks, and much more. With the latest update to Craft, it’s easier to manage incomplete tasks. Before, if you didn’t complete a task in one daily note, there wasn’t a good way to kick it to a later date.

However, Craft users can now move incomplete tasks to various predefined dates or a custom date using the app’s task progress circle. Tasks can also be marked as complete or canceled in bulk. The developers have added similar functionality to move a text block from one daily note to another. Alternatively, blocks can be dragged and dropped onto any date in the app’s calendar to move them between daily notes. The update also introduces new formatting features like block-level statistics and copying and pasting of text formatting.
