Play

Marcos Tanaka has been busy updating Play, which I covered last week, with some excellent new features and refinements. You can choose to play videos in the YouTube app, Safari, Invidious, and, on the Mac, IINA. There’s an option to play videos immediately when tapped too. Adding a new tag from the ‘Tags…’ menu is now an option, and you can filter videos with no tags, which is handy for making sure you’ve tagged everything. Large and extra-large widgets can also show video titles and display a random set of your videos.
