Tempo

Rahul Matta, who we interview in today’s issue of MacStories Weekly, updated Tempo this week with a new Goals feature. Goals allows runners, walkers, and hikers to set a distance goal and complete it within a specified time period. Goals can also be set to repeat weekly or monthly. Of course, Tempo also tracks the progress you make toward your goal visually in the iPhone app and on the Apple Watch. If setting goals and keeping track of your progress helps you stay motivated and on track with your exercise, you’re going to like Tempo’s new goals feature a lot. Tempo has also added the ability to filter workouts by date to make it easier to find past workouts.
