An Apple Podcasts Experiment
Apple Podcasts is one of those apps that has never clicked for me, which is why I spent the past couple of weeks using it. I’ve already returned to Overcast, but I’m glad I revisited Apple Podcasts because the app is far better than it’s ever been and with a more streamlined and customizable UI, I could see using it full-time in the future.
My podcast listening has changed a lot over the years. When I had a train commute into Chicago, I listened to every episode of a lot of shows. That changed as I began working from home, started listening to more music, and moved to a new home that eliminated a lot of the driving I used to do. As a result, I don’t listen to as many shows as I used to.
