Automation Academy: A Better Way to Import Reminders in Things Using Lingon X for Mac
I’ve decided to try something else for the next installments of the Automation Academy for Club MacStories Plus and Premier members: instead of releasing excessively long (and time-consuming, for all of us) lessons that involve multiple steps, I want to write more frequently about standalone, self-contained automations that are taking advantage of advanced features of the Shortcuts app and related automation utilities. For this story, I’m going to focus on how I created a better way to import reminders in Things using Shortcuts and the Lingon X app for Mac.
